One program is a hybrid in office and virtual care combination service where you will have to do quarterly office visits (3 per year with a collaborative provider). The other option offers MINIMAL travel. NO waiting rooms. confidential care from expert staff. You will complete 11 virtual visits with 1-in office examination annually. Your eligibility will be determined during your initial consultation.

Our treatment costs $150/month which we will charge at your first provider appointment. You may qualify for a discount that can lower your cost to be reduced to $125. This cost includes video calls with your provider, online groups referral, PA processing if needed and electronic prescription processing.

KAMs Mobile Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare plans.
